You just don't seem to get it do you benmc, obviously they had the time to put together the LOI without it effecting time spent on partner negotiations. Is that in a form easy enough for you to understand? More than one thing can be done at a time in a company, it's impossible to be working 100% of the time on one thing when it involves outside parties as well.
