    Surely this reduces some of the rail funding risks for SDL. It's only a Letter of intent but this is a good sign of things to come.

    of-course the more that wanna sign up the more revenue raised to reduce cost very positive for SDL and shows that management is doing everything to reduce cost and maximize profit.
