That's one thing which the broader market has mostly missed although the investors who follow this company closely know to be true, Wayne Paterson is such an effective operator, such a consummate professional the impact he's having now and will continue to have into the future is immense. As John Seaberg said at the recent AGM, paraphrasing "Wayne Paterson would fit in easily with the CEO's of the Fortune 500 list."
Announcements to follow over the course of the next 12 months are going to be groundbreaking if the first 4 months of the year are anything to go by.
