Given that WP has said AHZ won’t be funding vac, I assume the 18 mill will go into AHZ bank acc and we will be free carried.
If that’s the outcome then it’s great for AHZ, and given the money required to fund the vac for the next few years you can’t say it’s cheap and we have given it away.
