What this does is remove the massive financial drain of research and development away from AHZ.
Wayne abandoning this R&D basically saved AHZ from financial ruin. Something I had called for on numerous occasions several years ago.
So we now have a 30% share in an asset that will not involve any investment from AHZ shareholders or AHZ company. Having 80% ,and not the means to finance immunotherapies , was not only worthless but potentially damaging.
This is a game changer.
