I acknowledged the shareholder participation for funding TWICE ie 1 AKM register is a bunch of Aussie spec players with little money ie shortfalls inevitable therefore 2. Who takes care of the shortfall?

This "generous" participation is how minority squeezeouts work. Section 32 exists to protect minorities who fell into this trap. I've posted other sources from around the world talking about it.

Let's use your financial nouse and we check your projections....What % do you think AKM will hold when the first truck rolls out? What's the issued capital at that point? Will you have enough cashflow to participate in the much larger rail phase?
And most importantly.....Are those numbers better than a full bid now?
