Wow - looks like a huge IO project.

I am wondering what does a 'letter of intent' actually mean in the legal sense?

Is this a firm agreement that RAU can explore this area? But would they then have the rights? If so at what cost?

Was not hugely impressed with the gold, although agreed enough to lift the share price substantially in the longer term.

But if the IO really is a firm agreement and potentially as big as this LOI suggests... then I don't think a sp of 5c is realistic. Think more about 50c before too long.
