i dont want to be seen as a downramper, more a realist, but i'm not 100% convinced the words are 100% positive.

the key piece of that for me is "to develop a product to enhance the delivery"... there are no mentions of production or licencing...
what this is saying to me is the FMCG coy likes the specific theraputic agent BUT they're trying to improve the delivery system... merely that they are working together - which can mean that they are interested in the product "BUT ONLY IF" its delivery can be improved... to me the SOI is saying nothing more than they are still testing and that there is a chance they could still walk away.... not like the "implied contracts" that the LOI definition makes out
