my main point is that they're still in the testing area - not in the "contract signing/licencing/production/$$$$" phase, and that they still could walk away if the delivery isnt enhanced... obviously they would be testing an agent that falls within the particular molecular penetrative parameters but there is still a considerable amount of risk that it may not work on that particular molecular structure

all i'm saying is i dont think its as rosy as the LOI definition makes out, and people need to be aware of that.
