A letter of interest has no bearing on the current price of AVL!
It is commendable that AVL is not waving it around trying to pump the price!
You have no idea of the terms offered nor anything else.
You have no idea whether this is just one, or one of multiple letters of interest.
You have no idea whether AVL is continuing negotiation in order to come to a a solid arrangement or even an MOU.
In fact your sour post indicates that whilst you have no idea you”ll still seize any opportunity to badmouth this company.
