    I have a question about the content. Why is the rights issue only available to Australian, New Zealand and 'Singaporean' shareholders?

    Time for everyone to pay more attention whilst reading between the lines, I say.

    Why are the board opening this can of worms, presenting the opportunity for more slippery characters to enter?
