Are you suggesting that the board could be influenced in some way by other people? and have a look at the irregularities in the ASX announcements for Creditors Statutory Demand, Sale of Equity Interest in DDTSA and compare it to the statements in the Letter of Offer and also the second cleansing statement para about the proceedings agins Ian Allen and John Richards.

Bruce Rathie resigned as non executive director in January followed closely by CEO Ian Allen, seems a little sus. No reasons were given for the departures. Is the truth is out there somewhere or is it underwater with the sp and the board.
