I know what you are driving at and I thought of those civilisations ,viz. Ancient Greece: philosophy, geometry,physics and Rome with concepts of law and government and rudimemtary medicine and other nations also, taking all that into account the Jewish influence is staggering in terms of the proportions.

I was also thinking more particularly of post enlightenment times. I have an amateur interest in mathematics and the big names are overwhelmingly Jewish. You would find the same is true with physics.
