A good letter from the Trustee, spelling out peoples rights.
I note section 1.6:
"Please note that you are not under any obligation to vote in favour of the Special Resolution and you are entitled to vote against it if you so wish"
Lol! The Trustee is obliged to remain neutral between the parties - I take this to be as close as possible to "seriously consider whether you really, truly want to vote for this resolution ..."
