    Sage was Raided by ASIC. ACC. The ATO and the federal police in both 2012 and 2014.
    A couple of stop orders issued this year. They know who he is!

    Gulf is the biggest shareholder. If it is true that Gulf is in breach of ASIC orders. I can't see now their votes can be counted. Given the action group clearly states in the letter the beach. I would say they must be all over this.
