Since the votes are returned to Computershare, are they the arbiters on who has the right to participate in the vote or is it the Board of CFE?
On the Company website, it still shows in the Directors holdings,TS as having 72,766,681 shares. However, on the top twenty shareholders it shows Okewood as having that same amount. I realise that TS transferred his shares to Okewood and that this is just CFE not keeping their website up to date. Since TS is the Director of Okewood, would their votes be admissible on this matter?
