Ousting the board in favour of... Who exactly? Who does Mr Karn recommend to step in and take the reigns? Himself, or others, or both? What's their experience in running publicly listed (or private) mining companies?

Very easy to say 'out with the old, and in with the new', but talk is cheap. Has everyone forgotten Rud & Gillard??

Instead of focusing on what the current management has done wrong, it would serve the propositioning agent well if instead they provided some real suggestions as to what it is they will do right.

For the record I am a shareholder who is unaffiliated with anyone here and I'm loyal to one thing only, my cash! I'm well invested and I believe we'll see a tremendous return thanks to the gold royalty owned by JRV and now the Scandium. If you want to prove otherwise, you'll need a lot more than a letter that does nothing but point the finger.
