Well its been over a month and I don't see anything happening which addressed either of the 2 main concerns in my letter.
In fact, on both of those concerns, exactly the opposite has occured.
I gave my shares to big Jim last Tuesday and it appears that he has executed the transfer - they are no longer in my chess holdings.
