    check out the article in todays fin review. Macq & Deutsche are wanted to be listed as interested parties to the legal action BCS is taking again Bolton. They believe the BCS may be misleading investors on 2nd instalment needding to be paid even if Bolton succeeds on winding up the company.

    Looks like BCS has really stuffed things up here
