I think that DB (Deutsche) is just buying now as many shares as possible in order to influence their votes in favour of the SoA.
By now, ESG and STO would know roughly how many NO votes they will have to contend with, and DB will oblige by supplying a list of YES votes from a long list of different nominees accounts.
Still, you never know, as when there is life there is hopes. But one thing is for surethough. And that is, that any investors should not ever rely on what comes out of a Director or a Company Ececutive's mouth. Only when it is writing it may be a little different. But not off their mouth.
