I have a theory.....until the remaining shares are issued to the Amitan holders which then would shore up the numbers and stop any chance of DS from getting the numbers required to take back control...this is going nowhere. No control or possible control DS quits his stock , then the stock will head north. I hear the Amitan guys paid 12.5 cents per share and most of us paid 20 cents....you would assume we wont sell.
DS paid zero so he is possibly the only one selling at these levels ? Still a waiting game and time will tell all.
