"Dear XXX
I would like to draw your attention to the Stock price (SP) action of Dart Energy (DTE) since March this year. The SP has smashed with big volume. So far, there is only one Price enquiry issued from ASX to the company where no information was revealed to the market. The continued downward trend of SP coupled with huge volume either represents some news not known to the market OR a clear manipulation of the SP to force the small investors to sell with margin calls. If such actions cannot be controlled by ASX then we better start investing in Casinos.
Please note that such manipulation resulted in margin calls and many small investors are forced to sell and they not only lose their hard earn money but also lose their confidence in the regulators. I request to please investigate this matter ASAP and either force the company to release the information to the market so that small investor can make informed decisions OR take legal action against the manipulators."
IMHO, we shouldn't just keep wathing. we should at least try to raise our concerns with the regulartors. I know they normally send a standard pre-typed reply but nothing wrong for escalating.
