Theoretically doing a fire sale without updating the creditors and the union/employees/shareholders with new projections of future EBITDA in a rising iron ore and steel market means something is going to happen under the table.
If the present steel and IO price level was exist just before VA then there was no need to call VA, KM should consider this................................
