It was simply the way you posted it here. No good getting fired up about unsubstantiated information is there, is there? By the way, if you have read the HC posting rules you will reacall that one of them is about not posting unsubstantiated information.
You just posted this 'letter' without any commentary and without researching it to see if the story was genuine or not or even that the alleged posters are authentic or not.... that's what I thought was wrong about it.... so far it's all unsubstantiated information.
I suggest that you contact the company directly, see if they have received any such letter and if so ask for feedback. I suppose anyone else could do the same now that you have posted it here. If it's genuine, they would have to put out an ASX announcement I suspect. There has been no such announcement as far as I have seen.
