There's one slight technical problem with the GOG purchase.
DLS don't have the cash in the bank to do it.
Every man and his dog know that, so everyone surmises that DLS are going to dilute the living daylights out of the company to raise the $ to do it.
hence SP falls
hence sophisticats get a very cheap buy in price.
