Hi Andrew,

It’s the end of February tomorrow and I was wondering whether the following statement by Malachite still holds true


“The Heads of Agreement is subject to completion of due diligence by both parties by the end of February 2013.
At the time of this report, the due diligence carried out by both parties has been positive and progressing well to meet the end of February deadline”

Shareholders have been a pretty patient lot and it would be nice to get an update on

1. Lorena JV due diligence progress
2. Conrad JV due diligence progress
3. Guidance about the convertible note due and payable on 31/3/13
4. What has happened about the $250k that was earmarked in the 31/12 quarterly, towards “exploration”. It is now 2 months into the following quarterly and no news has been released about this.
5. Has Bloodwood been trenched, drilled or what?
