Mate can we still force an EGM if the company is delisted? Does the same act apply?

Like I’ve said before these tip rats will not follow through with their assurances without holders forcing their hand. The Leo shares should have been distributed to holders by now. There is absolutely no reason as to why this shouldn’t have already taken place.

What % do we need to call an EGM? Given the support we mustered up for the 249D (I bet those that opposed to allow our tireless BOD to just do their thing are stoked with their decision), I’d assume it wouldn’t be hard to drum up a significant increase in support at this stage.
