Good morning team!

OK. This is the email sent this morning to ([email protected]) NSW Resources Mining and Assessment who are working with NSW JA assessing the PEP-11 applications.

I’ve not received any response to my e-mail below acknowledging receipt. In addition I’ve not heard any public comments from you this week on why you have not made a decision of PEP 11 after having this on your desk for 9 months. I’ve called your office multiple times this week (every day so far) and keep getting told everyone’s in a meeting and someone will call me back, yet no one has called.

This is not going to go away. We are determined to get an answer from you as soon as possible. I will call your office twice a day next week, then 3 times the week after. I may even set up and protest outside your office if that’s what it takes for you to make a public comment on why it’s taken so long for you to make a decision.
