Haha Bravo this has become so much fun now.

I also spoke to Mike and asked to speal directly to Jamie Tripodi (tongue in cheek) and of course was given the same response we are all getting.

I did ask Mike to remind Tripodi that the role of the NSW JA is not to review the document per se but rather to ensure it has all the relevant parts and to make their decision based on the NOPTA recommendation, a process that should not be taking over 9 months.

I also informed Mike that ICAC are looking into any possible corrupt behaviours.


Look the cynics will say we are all wasting our time blah blah blah but if we continue to fire shots over the bow one of them may just land as opposed to no shots being fired at all.

I'm fascinated to see how they can re-word their standard response of "we are looking into the application and it is progressing" in such a way that will appease us here. Doubt they can do it and love that they're scrambling at least.
