Today I have forwarded yesterday’s email with the following message.

Please see below my previously forwarded email.

We would really appreciate an announcement or communication on why it has taken over 9 months to assess a decision that has already been made by NOPTA.

From what I understand, it is NOPTA’s job to assess the application and then the JA’s to either accept or deny it. Over 9 months to make this decision is simply stalling and not helping our country to fix our east coast gas shortage.

Please make your decision asap so that PEP11 can start drilling and prove it has ample gas to supply to the east coast and ease the cost of living and most certainly create positive votes for you in the next election.

The Labour Government stated in the release of their gas strategy “Use it or loose it!” Well, we want to use it, so please make your decision so that this application can progress.
