Sam, no barrister will see a case at the moment.
I've run the facts past two barristers (KC's), both have gone over the laws and facts.
Both have stated a decision needs to be made to trigger a causative factor for which litigation relies upon.
Only regulatory matters can be addressed at this stage, due to the fact no law is enacted upon presently to find a wrong.

This will be why dB has not involved legal, I bet a barrister has looked over it at there end already.
My two barristers found the situation to be very interesting on a few fronts.
There are certainly questions to be asked and answered about the process of the pep11 application.
