Googs, the public does not have a say in a merits based decision, it doesn't matter whether they are madly in love with PEP11, or hate it with a passion.
It is irrelevant.
If Albo wants to cancel PEP11, he can offer Advent and BUY a big fat cheque tomorrow and if it is big enough they might say yes. If the Government does not want to offer compensation, then they will need to make a legally valid decision. I have zero fear when it comes to this process. It has to be approval , there is no other choice IMO.
The public should care a lot about corrupt Governments, whether they are red, blue, green or teal, which was the point Fugasi is making. Obviously both points are lost on you.
