Doubtful an appeal. Needs to be a trial and generally an error in the trial proceedings.

Very few appeal requests are entertained by the court above, in this case the high court.

Also if resolved at mediation, like last time. No appeal can be had.

The last action, the order was an agreeance of consent orders. It was not a trial.

I think the gov makes a decision, rather than goes to court, I very much doubt they want the process made public.

They are heavily readacting foi, indicating they want this matter not to be public.

So nobody has wasted time here at all, if anything shareholders involved, adds an uncomfortable undercurrent to the legal action started yesterday.
