compensation??? Nil chance. No action in anyway for compensation. What court are you going to lodge in for that? What is the action? How do you issue a writ? Nonsense.

Bias??? People don’t know what that means in the context of this decision: They get misled to think anything that isn’t positive for BPH is bias and that’s not the case. Bias is only in the decision making process and being able to show that the minister did not bring an open mind to the decision:
they have all learned from Scomo and nothing anyone has said would open the door for a bias argument. They have been super careful.

IF they say no. Then we can appeal the decision in the administrative appeals section of the federal court.
no compensation, no Mabo case, no high court. Just an administrative appeal IF we have grounds.

no one is showing any interest at all in making a decision and no one in the media or the general public cares. They are leaving this in the bottom of the intray because that’s the best way for the govt to handle it: be honest, apart from BPH shareholders no one gives a rats.
it can sit in the intray for another 2 years and no one outside this group would care.

DB needs to bring it to a head and take his only legal option and just punt it and do it.

the question is why he won’t break the glass and do it. He has nothing to lose at this point and a lot of money is about to be lost by option holders. Real ones not imaginary holders .
