I totally agree with your point of view. The political meddling in PEP-11 is 100% unprecedented. No other company in Australia's history has had to endure such unfair treatment. And you are right when you say that any form of natural justice has been completely absent in this process in regards to the shareholders and the company.
To help rectify this injustice, please email your letter if you haven't done so already!
