    Well obviously the question has been answered that EFTEL are not issuing shares to Quoin for shares in Quoin.

    I would presume that then the shares that are on offer to Quoin must come from either Daniel and/or Gabriel the 2 bother of Simon.

    The other option is that the shares may also come from disgruntled shareholders who vended in their business in exchange for shares when EFTEL shares were in excess of 8 cents. If I were those shareholders I would be rater upset with the performance of of EFTEL.

    I would disagree that EFTEL is in line to make a good profit, I can see that EFTEL is doing to probably be looking at raising more capital in order to continue to survive, and as a consequence the share price will almost surely suffer.

    Thank goodness I sold my EFTEL shares when they were higher.
