It will be interesting to see how those that were in the control group respond immediately after receiving PBT2 relative to their responses during the main trial to placebo.
The main trial had 40 of a possible 42 completing it and 33 going into the extension. It would also be interesting to know how many of those choosing to continue were actually on PBT2. If the majority of those going into the extension were on PBT2, then it would seem that they perceived some form of benefit. Unfortunately the less there are from the control, then the less data there will be to determine any converging trends.
So you hold no stock at the moment? Do you have any thoughts on where we go from here besides just waiting for "non-preliminary" AD results and possibly a way forward with HD? What do you think the company has planned for the cash they just raised?
