Perhaps if they are of the same mindset and they do it individually...

But can one can say that Aussie companies started producing too much lithium too quickly
(with more to come) thus pushing the price down. The chinese could use this counter argument
and accuse Australian lithium producers of 'manipulation' to force non-investment of mining
in lithium in China by keeping the price down (mind-blowing as it may sound).
So why not blame the supply side with their overestimation of the amount of Li needed? (not just
Aussie lithium producers but worldwide)

The concept of a “market maker” is not new.

With enough money and might, the sp of almost any company, and sentiment, can be pushed around very very easily.

A free market and dirty manipulative tactics aren’t mutually exclusive, unfortunately.
