My bet is that most (almost all) of them wouldn’t have much of a clue at as to how the markets work.
Perhaps explaining that their super fund may be lending their shares out to shorters, which is directly working against their very own investments, might stir some interest...!?
Even if those super funds are “in it for the long haul”, there is the issue that the price depression in the meantime affects sentiment, as well as affecting the way in which companies can raise further $$ from the market (e.g. cap raises at lower prices than otherwise).
