The Recapitalisation is on track? We know from the media that Lend Lease and Mirvac arent interested in taking over Centro, maybe just looking to buy some of their assets
but i get the feeling from the latest announcement, CNP already has or is close to getting offers most likely from overseas interests(such as Singapore Super Mgmt Fund) for their interest in their Australian Retail Fund....
IF this is true..when he does announce.it..the SP could easily double? im hoping....Does everyone read the positive sentiment from that announcment?
