I’m keeping out of it other that to say I believe small business at least should have the right to hire and fire without giving three written warnings.

I’ve yet to here of a bank or any lending institution that gives small business operators 3 written chances of getting it right!

But hey wouldn’t it be nice if brokers gave you three chances to get out of a losing put or call position at no cost or loss ;) and poker machines with a little voice that asks you three times if you really what to put that coin in.
