The only aspect of Howards unfair dismissal policy that I'm not happy with is the ambiguity of it. Over 100 employees in a Co and they get it, others don't.In all fairness I have to say that an employee can leave a Co anytime he likes. Should there be reciprocal arrangement?
As far as the rest of his "reforms" go the whole thing is a hastily cobbled together policy that needs much more consideration and debate.
