What entities bought/sold?? To me it just seems strange that a group that held so many shares (as did their clients) were brought back to the table to negotiate a 2.5c offer PLUS a free option. I mean, if we were allowed to do it, wouldn't it be nice to trade a stock at over 3c for a guaranteed one at 2.5c with a free option. Anyway, I'm absolutely not accusing anyone of anything here, but I'm certainly planning on sending a bunch of "can you have a look" emails out this week. I'm tired plenty of time on my hands with all this COVID stuff, so I might as well use it.

Fast money needed for operational electrolyte plant to meet conditions of multi million dollar grant, I for one am happy to see this advancement some short term turmoil is small price to pay for a required asset in the battery storage space a good strategic move to go forward producing electrolyte and be a player in the game, Essential move and a well timed move to grow the company.
