I'm confused about this last announcement to Option Holders . As...

I'm confused about this last announcement to Option Holders . As a holder of CTP and CTPO and who intends to take up the rights issue do I have to do anything with my existing options to qualify for the new freebies ?
The ann states "........ you may only participate in the Entitlement issue if the options you hold have been exercised and a new share issued to you ........."
Would appreciate any advice . The only one who was available at the company was JH and he's pretty busy and has more important things to deal with
