    I am 100% sure he does not.

    But the letter did state, delist by ASX will be October 2021, unless ASX agree to delist earlier or the court order they lift suspension.

    If suspension is lifted I see ISX immediately delisting, which takes time, but does allow those who want to, to sell out, and will push the share price down to about 50c at a guess.

    i will be buying.
