Obviously, the response from Mr James Gerraty who couldn't even point out one single part of the announcement that was misleading and violated their guidance just shows how pathetic they've become. Other than hiding behind listing rules and suppressing info from the MAP, the ASX has nothing more to hold on to.
Out of interest is anyone else following the GSW court proceedings? It seems client witnesses are claiming revenue estimates were in fact in line with what was discussed with clients. What also seems to be emerging is that some contracts were put on hold due to AFR's negative coverage. Will AFR be sued for damages? Still early days but will be closely watching that outcome.
