blockchain progress is a bit of a concern given the heavy hitters involved in that at the upper levels (the joint partner exchanges). A lot of upside for the one that can crack it. I do not know what is the "problem" with the expansion of the existing blockchain "side system" in use for parts of nasdaq.... but clearly something prevents the expansion of that. Above my pay grade.
