isx have no chance of beating asx so I do agree that the best course of action is to get delisted. I do question why JK is suggesting nasdaq, has he looked at the listing criteria of nasdaq? ISX wouldn't satisfy the listing requirements. Also given the questions around the historical revenues, this just raises a red flag to nasdaq.
isx just look like an amateur outfit, particularly when your CEO is acting like a child for all to see.
