lol ASX bloke has gone and incriminated themselves..... from another posters post below... WTF was the statement of reasons, displayed all of the below..

"An announcement for release to the market must also be couched in language that is appropriate for release to the market. It should be factual, relevant and expressed in a clear and objec-ve manner. Emo-ve, intemperate or defamatory language should not be used"

Part of that letter talked about the high cost of relisting on another exchange - I hope that's added to the bill of damages!
