We need to start thinking about a strategy When ISX is delisted. My quick thoughts are

There will many shareholders wanting out, and I suspect quite a few wanting to buy shares, as to valuation, we will need to see the next two quarters of revenue, maybe wait for after December see the yearly revenue, then set a price agreeable to those willing to purchase shares.

Once delisted I am sure the cost of transfer will be minimal, we will just require maybe a few shareholders who are lawyers, and a few accountants to oversea the transfers.

We maybe need to facilitate a free transfer for those selling parcels under 500 shares.

It would be a pain to manually match up all the sellers and buyers, but I am sure with the assistance of Link it could be done.
